After University I began my FMCG career in an entry level Sales role and have remained in the Industry I love for over 25 years. During that time I have had roles in category management, sales and account management before becoming Sales Director for Goodman Fielder then Griffins Foods. In summary, I have done most sales roles and dealt with all Key Customers in FMCG in NZ. I left my Corporate Career to set up Bizadvisor with the objective of MAKING BUSINESSES BETTER. This is my WHY and what has helped my Business expand from Sales Consultancy into Training, Capability Assessment, Strategic Planning and Leadership Coaching. I’ve worked in the FMCG industry for the last 25 years. During this time I have worked for a variety of manufacturers where I’ve held positions from Territory and Key Account Management, to National Sales Manager.

For the last 12 years I have been Client Service Manager for a Data Analytics Company. In this role I have worked with both retailers and manufacturers across many, many categories. This role has given me strong skills in promotional planning and effectiveness, business planning and strategy, category management and also data insights.

Starting in 2018, I am excited to be working with Kelly and Rob, as like them I am passionate about growing individual and team capabilities. I look forward to being able to use my skills and industry experience to help develop your team.
