Many FMCG Leaders are promoted into their roles from a background of strong functional performance. This program will help you understand your personal leadership style. Through a series of skills workshops, you will develop your leadership toolbox, equipping you for the future.
Over the 12 month program, you will translate the theory into practice, sharing your reflections and learnings with a small group who will form part of your support network.

Kelly Smith is the CEO and founder of Bizadvisor. She has been in FMCG for 30 years and her passion is for improving business through talent development. Kelly’s previous roles included Sales Director at Goodman Fielder and Griffins.
Since leaving her corporate career, she has held governance and advisory roles alongside operating a successful training business that has helped to develop some of our key FMCG Leaders.
