FMCG Key Account Management skills must be continually built in order to meet the changing needs of the customer and the Industry.

This program develops core Key Account skills with tools and templates that can be embedded and used in the workplace.

Learning is complimented with practical exercises helping to translate the theory into practice.

These small group workshops allow for networking and sharing amongst the group of non-competing FMCG suppliers and cover all channels.

Your facilitator

Kelly Smith is the CEO and founder of Bizadvisor. She has been in FMCG for 30 years and her passion is for improving business through talent development. Kelly’s previous roles included Sales Director at Goodman Fielder and Griffins.

Since leaving her corporate career, she has held governance and advisory roles alongside operating a successful training business that has helped to develop some of our key FMCG Leaders.
