Build your sales leadership network and challenge your thinking.

FMCG sales leadership has become more challenging, and we often operate independently to work on and solve common issues and opportunities. I frequently speak to leaders looking for perspectives, external advice and challenge to ensure they stay on top. Hence the launch of the FMCG Sales Leadership Network. Small groups of noncompeting individuals will come together monthly focusing on key themes. You will receive practical tips, hear from experts and meet peers in similar roles. The Sales Leadership Network provides a structured approach to networking and development within FMCG Sales Leadership and will help to tackle common problems and optimise opportunities.

Your facilitator

Kelly Smith is the CEO and founder of Bizadvisor. She has been in FMCG for 30 years and her passion is for improving business through talent development. Kelly’s previous roles included Sales Director at Goodman Fielder and Griffins.

Since leaving her corporate career, she has held governance and advisory roles alongside operating a successful training business that has helped to develop some of our key FMCG Leaders.
